Step by step setup using Team Coaches
1. Create the program
In this program you must define what are the key take-away from the program, mentors, and startup joining.
Understand what you will be monitorng and what is the engagement that you are looking for.
2. Invite users to the program
The pool of mentors needs to be created before inviting your mentees where you need to pre-create their profile first with information about experience, skills, interest, and areas they believe they could be the best support to startups.
Then next is to invite mentees or entrepreneurs to join the program, providing clear guidelines, creating their own profile and what are the skills that they are looking so the system can automatically recommend mentors.
3. Mentor matching
Collecting data from both mentors and mentees around skills, interests, strengths, weaknesses, experience and goals allow the mentoring software to make highly accurate matches.
